  • Day One

    Welcome to Bordeaux, where you'll arrive and check into La Renaissance Hotel at 3 pm. This exquisite hotel blends historic charm with modern luxury, offering elegant rooms, a beautiful courtyard, and an inviting atmosphere perfect for starting your journey.

  • Day Two

    Spend the day in the charming village of St. Emilion, a UNESCO World Heritage site with cobblestone streets and renowned vineyards. Enjoy a guided wine tasting at La Maison du Vin, sampling some of the region's finest wines. In the evening, retreat to La Chartreuse de Bergerac, a historic bed-and-breakfast nestled in beautiful gardens, offering an authentic experience with exceptional hospitality.

  • Day Three

    Today, we visit the vibrant Bergerac market, filled with local produce, artisanal goods, and vibrant colors. Explore the picturesque Château de Montbazillac, renowned for its sweet wines and stunning views over the Dordogne Valley. End your day back at La Chartreuse de Bergerac.

  • Day Four

    Discover the historic Domaine de Barbe, a renowned farm specialising in geese, ducks, and foie gras.

    Visit the fascinating Moulin à Papier de la Rouzique, a historic paper mill where you can see traditional paper-making techniques in action. Return to La Chartreuse de Bergerac for another restful night.

  • Day Five

    Explore Cadouin, home to a beautiful abbey that dates back to the 12th century. Visit the magnificent cloister, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture.

    Wander through the impressive Château de Biron, a grand fortress with a rich history and stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

  • Day Six

    Discover the medieval charm of Monpazier, a bastide town known for its well-preserved architecture and picturesque streets. Experience the lively market in Belves, where you can mingle with locals and taste regional specialties.

    In the evening, stay at Hotel Domaine de Monrecour, nestled in the heart of the Dordogne Valley with luxurious rooms, an outdoor pool, and stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

    Return to Hotel Domaine de Monrecour for the night.

    Visit Ecomusée Noix and Truffes, where you'll discover the secrets of walnut and truffle farming. Stay again at Hotel Domaine de Monrecour.

  • Day Nine

    Wander through the enchanting Les Jardins de Marqueyssac, featuring beautifully manicured boxwood gardens and stunning views over the Dordogne Valley.

    In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic boat trip on a traditional Gabare in La Roque Gageac, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Spend the night at Hotel Domaine de Monrecour.

  • Day Ten

    Drive to the historic town of Sarlat-la-Canéda, enjoy the lively atmosphere of Sarlat’s renowned market, where you can sample local delicacies and browse for unique souvenir. Sarlat is known for its well-preserved medieval architecture and vibrant market. Explore the narrow streets, visit the impressive cathedral, and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

    Return to Hotel Domaine de Monrecour for a restful evening.

  • Day Eleven

    Marvel at the cliffside village of Rocamadour, a pilgrimage site with breathtaking views and sacred sites. Explore the historic town of Martel, known for its medieval architecture and charming streets.

    Overnight at Le Pont de l'Ouysse, an elegant hotel situated by the river, offering serene surroundings, gourmet dining, and a perfect blend of comfort and tradition.

  • Day Twelve

    Wander through the picturesque red sandstone village of Collonges-la-Rouge, often called "The Ruby of France". Experience the awe-inspiring Gouffre de Padirac, a massive underground cave with a boat ride on its subterranean river and impressive rock formations.

    Return to Le Pont de l'Ouysse for the night.

  • Day Thirteen

    Visit the idyllic hilltop village of St. Cirq Lapopie, often considered one of the most beautiful villages in France, with its narrow streets and stunning views. A beautifully preserved medieval village perched on a cliff overlooking the Lot River. Wander through its narrow streets, visit artisan shops, and soak in the stunning views.

    Overnight once more at Le Pont de l'Ouysse.

  • Day Fourteen

    In the morning, explore the famous Lascaux IV cave, a masterpiece of prehistoric art featuring extraordinary Paleolithic paintings. In the afternoon, drive to Bordeaux with a delightful lunch stop in Périgueux, a town known for its Roman ruins and vibrant culinary scene. Depart from Bordeaux with memories to last a lifetime.
